Thanks for shopping with Concept2Creation. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Processing Time
All of our products are made to order — we print, pack, and ship each item specifically for you. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During busy periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times within the US:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 5–12 business days for most US orders.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive that email.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors and your local post office first. Still missing after 5 business days? Email us at contact@concept2creation.store and we'll make it right.
